Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:
    •  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
    •    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    •    Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and age-restricted (21+) products, are non-returnable for safety and compliance reasons.
    •    Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:
    1.    Email us at sales@buyorshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
    3.    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds:
    •    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    •    If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@buyorshop.comwithin 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
    •    Gift cards
    •    21+ age-restricted items
    •    Final sale or clearance items

Restock Fee:

    •  There will be an automatic restock fee of 20% for all items returned or cancelled.
