Carnivore Candy - Mango Habanero Beef Jerky

We incorporate real habaneros into our jerky, washing and cutting them alongside the meat before chopping and tumbling. This combination produces a hot and spicy flavor with a slow-building habanero heat. To balance the intensity, we incorporate mango and sugar into a glaze which adds a tropical flavor. Finally, a traditional Latin lime salt sprinkles on to give the jerky a kick of zest.
